The Receptionist is the first point of engagement for Aya Healthcare’s customer service department administration. This position begins at the entry level, but successful candidates will be considered for promotion after 12 months of employment. Core business hours for this role are 8 am PST to 5 pm PST in our San Diego office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer phone calls politely and respond efficiently to administrative requests from clients and employees.

Greet visitors cordially and direct them to appropriate departments.

Sort and distribute incoming letters, invoices, and notifications.

Assist with organization and distribution of incoming packages.

Maintain a detail-oriented and conscientious approach to administration.

Maintain exemplary interpersonal relations.

Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a sense of urgency.

Perform tasks necessary to facilitate smooth business operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree required

Innate problem-solving ability

Career-oriented mentality with a desire for advancement

Enthusiasm for working with others

Enthusiastic about being part of an organization that recognizes talent

COMPENSATION: The expected pay scale is $26.44 hourly, approximately $55,000 annually, with potential variation based on experience. Bonuses are at manager discretion.
