General Job Objective:

Studying international experiences and practices related to administrative development to benefit from them, identifying development needs within the organization, and proposing the necessary plans and programs for development processes. Preparing reports and documents related to administrative development, presenting them to relevant stakeholders, and discussing them.

Additionally, contributing to improving administrative efficiency and enhancing the internal work environment by analyzing processes and developing procedures that support the achievement of the organization’s objectives and increasing employee satisfaction.

Workplace: General Administration

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Study international specialized practices in administrative development, assess their applicability, and recommend adopting the best modern methods.

• Analyze administrative conditions and identify the organization’s development needs.

• Propose plans and programs necessary for development, improvement, and institutional excellence.

• Develop administrative development methods and procedures using modern technologies while keeping up with advancements in the field.

• Prepare specialized reports and documents related to administrative development, present suitable recommendations and solutions, and store them in the designated database following approved policies and procedures.

• Monitor performance indicators across the company’s departments.

Qualifications and Requirements for Hiring:

Optimal Educational Level:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Optimal Experience Required:

• Minimum of two years.

Optimal Professional Knowledge Required:

• Knowledge of administrative systems and procedures and best practices.

Optimal Skills and Abilities Required:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to document processes and policies clearly and accurately.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work within a team and achieve shared goals.

• Graphic design skills (if applicable).

Required Languages and Proficiency:

• Arabic: Excellent (spoken and written).

• English: Very good (spoken and written).
