Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Centre Admin Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing daily administrative operations, coordinating appointments, supporting therapists, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for clients.

Requirements

  • Possess prior administrative working experience, or at least a Diploma/Degree in a Psychology-related field, Administration, Business, Management, or other related qualifications
  • Patient, empathetic, and professional when handling clients and sensitive situations
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (Mandatory)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, positive working attitude, and commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of client information
  • Competent in using basic computer and digital tools for documentation, communication, scheduling, and reporting
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Job Scope

  • Manage reception duties, client registration, payment processing, and administrative documentation
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client enquiries, calls, follow-ups, and scheduling matters
  • Coordinate appointment schedules and calendars for both therapists and clients
  • Liaise closely with therapists and professional staff to support smooth daily operations and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient administrative workflows within the centre
  • Guide and support interns in administrative-related tasks while ensuring adherence to centre procedures and standards
  • Deliver timely, professional, and high-quality customer service
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
