Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive to serve as the operational backbone of our office. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day business functions, supporting leadership, and maintaining a professional, high‑efficiency workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to ensure maximum workplace efficiency and professional standards.
  • Data & Record Integrity: Manage and audit company files, records, and confidential documents to ensure data accuracy and security.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Execute advanced data entry and generate analytical reports using Microsoft Excel for leadership review.
  • Executive Coordination: Lead the scheduling of high-level meetings, corporate calendars, and cross-departmental activities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for professional email correspondence, calls, and internal announcements.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations departments to streamline reporting, scheduling, and documentation workflows.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Tech Skills: Mastery of MS Office 365 (Excel/Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for professional stakeholder interaction.
  • Organisation: Proven ability to multitask and prioritise high-pressure tasks independently.
  • Discretion: High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling personnel or financial files.

Work Schedule

  • Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Flexibility: Occasional support may be required outside standard hours for critical deadlines or office events.
