Responsibilities

Office Management:

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Handle front desk activities, including managing phone calls and

visitors.

Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.

Travel Coordination:

Assist in making travel arrangements for employees.

Manage travel itineraries and accommodations.

Vendor Management:

Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services.

Ensure timely payments and maintain vendor relationships.

Event Coordination:

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

Coordinate logistics for various office activities.

Documentation and Filing:

Maintain and organize important documents and files.

Assist in record-keeping and documentation.

Communication:

Handle internal and external communications.

Draft and send emails and memos on behalf of the team.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education And Experience

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

1-3 years of experience in administrative roles.

Work Environment

Work from the office setting.

Annual CTC:

3.0 – 4.5 LPA (Based on experience and skills)
