Admin Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Senior Administrative Specialist is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for leading the development and execution of learning initiatives, quality control, and data support for the MSSP Program. This dynamic position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. The candidate will help to drive impactful solutions by thorough sound judgement and collaboration with leadership.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

You are required to perform general senior administrative duties, including but not limited to:

· designing, developing, and implementing technical training for all new employees.

§ Conducts and/or coordinates in-service training for case managers to support ongoing professional development.

§ Creates detailed project plans to enhance the visibility of the program, including milestones, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure coordination and execution of outreach initiatives.

§ Develop and manage an outreach strategic plan to increase program enrollment.

§ Maintain Emergency Binder

§ Supports Quality Assurance through the review and development of reports to the State and Sourcewise leadership.

§ Demonstrates an in depth understanding of state regulations for the MSSP program.

§ Reinforces quality procedures with all employees.

§ Participate in hiring and provide training for new staff, interns, and volunteers.

§ It is essential to demonstrate high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive data.

§ Ability to supervise staff and train professionals and implement regulations with attention to detail.

§ Knowledge of community resources, issues of aging, and safety issues when working with at-risk clients.

§ Experience in care management and community-based service delivery with older adults.

§ Knowledge of safety issues when working with at-risk clients.

§ Ability to multitask and work independently.

§ Participation in program management and policy changes.

§ Contribute to the planning and facilitation of staff meetings, team activities, and staff training.

§

§ Special projects to assist Care Management Director.

§ Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s (Required)

Physical Requirements:

§ Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

§ Must be able to lift 5 to 10 pounds.

Job Type:

§ Full-Time (Exempt position) 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday 8 am-5pm which may include some weekends or after hours based on need.

Pay: $71,000.00 per year
