Job Summary:

This administrative position assists in miscellaneous clerical support including answering phones, filing for accounts payable, receiving invoices, closing work orders and other data entry in our Rogers System. This position supports the branch administratively.

Essential Job Duties:

· Assist with filing and clerical support daily.

· Run daily errands to post office, bank, and tag pick up as needed.

· Greet visitors and customers.

· Answer phones.

· Data Entry: close work orders, create memos, assist others with any data entry that is needed.

· Administratively support branch operations.

Additional Job Duties:

· Provide support to office staff and organizational needs

· Help with event coordination

· Have a basic understanding of the mechanical aspect of our machinery.

· Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

· High school degree or equivalent.

· At least 1 year of administrative and data entry experience.

Preferred Skills:

· Receptionist experience

· Excellent communication and time management skills

· Knowledge of cost accounting, work order processing, materials purchasing, and order point/order quantities.

· Accounts payable/receivables experience.

Physical Demands:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and answering phones.

· May need to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
