We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at Westport Plumbing, Inc. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative operations and providing exceptional customer service. The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting our team and enhancing client interactions.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and manage financial records.
Organize office files and documentation for easy access.
Utilize Google Workspace for communication and collaboration among team members.
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with Google Workspace applications is preferred.
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
