Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide direct support to the recruiting team, ensuring smooth operations, effective candidate communication, and efficient documentation processes.
Recruiting Support: Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating communication with candidates, and tracking applicant progress.
Candidate Experience: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely follow-ups and a professional hiring experience.
Job Postings & Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update job postings on various platforms and help manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Data Entry & Reporting: Organize and update recruitment records, track hiring metrics, and generate reports as needed.
Onboarding Coordination: Support the transition of new hires by assisting with pre-employment paperwork and orientation scheduling.
Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team, including email correspondence, documentation, and meeting coordination.
Event & Career Fair Support: Help plan and coordinate recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. A strong communicator with excellent time management skills will thrive in this role.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting a recruiting or HR team.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to handle confidential information.
Knowledge: Understanding of basic recruiting processes and HR best practices is a plus.
