Job Overview:

Warnock MacKinlay Law, PLLC is seeking a multi-talented Administrative and Marketing Assistant to work closely with the managing attorney and provide essential support in various roles across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing Support: Assist in managing and executing content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms under the managing attorney’s direction. Help create visually appealing and engaging posts with a keen eye for online aesthetics.
Technology & Onboarding: Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees, including setting up accounts, managing access to systems, and troubleshooting as needed.
Data Management & Reporting: Prepare and assist with monthly reports using Microsoft, Excel, and other tools. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all reporting tasks.
Awards & Recognition Coordination: Research and submit nomination to help our lawyers gain recognition in the legal awards publications.
Incentive Program Management: Support the execution of monthly incentive programs, ensuring timely and effective communication and coordination.
Tech Expertise: Leverage technology tools, including ChatGPT and other advanced platforms to optimize workflow and assist with various tasks.
Key Skills:
Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of best practices for content creation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience handling data and reports.
Strong tech skills, including the ability to quickly learn and use new tools and systems.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a good eye for design and presentation.
Previous experience in marketing, administration, or legal setting is a plus.
