– Be a Sales Superstar: Cross-promote treatments, educate patients on skincare products, and upsell like a boss!
– Own the Checkout Experience: Process invoices, handle payments, and ensure accuracy in transactions.
– Be a Loyalty Expert: Help clients navigate rewards programs like Alle and Aspire—because who doesn’t love perks?!
– Keep the Spa Flawless: Walk through our gorgeous facility to ensure everything is pristine, organized, and photo-ready.
– Support Patient Intake & Treatment Prep: Assist with rooming, taking before/after photos, and setting up patient accounts.
– Stay on Top of the Details: Review schedules, manage patient records, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
– Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Handle requests with a sense of urgency and always follow through.
– Maintain a Luxe Look: Your appearance should reflect the high-end, polished aesthetic of our brand.
– Uphold Confidentiality: Stay HIPAA-compliant and respect patient privacy at all times.
Who You Are
✔ Friendly & Patient-Focused: You love connecting with people and making them feel comfortable.
✔ Detail-Oriented & Organized: You can juggle scheduling, payments, and patient care efficiently.
✔ Sales-Savvy: You enjoy recommending products/services and understand how to educate patients on their benefits.
✔ Familiar with Aesthetic Treatments: You know about Botox, fillers, lasers, and medical-grade skincare.
✔ Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus!): If you have a background as a medical assistant, patient coordinator, speak Spanish or front desk associate in a medical setting, that’s a big plus!
✔ Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with scheduling software, POS systems, and managing patient accounts.
