Titling & UCC Coordinator
Position Profile
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented titling and UCC coordinator to manage the title preparation and processing workflow. This person will be responsible for receiving title documents from dealerships, preparing and organizing the necessary paperwork, and working directly with our title agent to ensure accurate and timely processing. This role plays a key part in the post-funding process and helps maintain a smooth and professional experience for both customers and partners.
Responsibilities
Receive title and related documentation from dealerships upon deal closing.
Prepare Bills of Sale and all necessary title documents required for submission.
Create customer title sheets with detailed information for submission to our third-party title agent.
Organize and send complete title packages to the designated title agent in a timely manner.
Serve as a liaison between our company, the dealership, and the title agent to resolve any issues or delays.
Track and follow-up on outstanding title items and maintain updated records throughout the process.
Ensure all title documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with state and company guidelines.
File UCC’s.
Assist with the process of subordination.

Requirements
Experience in titling or document processing in the automotive or equipment finance industry preferred, but not required.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Ability to communicate professionally with dealerships, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple title files at once.
Salary: $40,000 – $45,000
