Position: Office Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: GLA Office
Tentative Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and provide essential daily support to our Architecture team at GLA. This role is based onsite and will serve as the first point of contact at the front desk. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a friendly demeanor, strong attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and manage front desk reception
Handle phone calls and email correspondence to consult and discuss needs of potential clients
Provide printing and filing support
Assist with conference room set-up
Support general office organization and administrative duties
Potential to grow into reporting, social media and other Marketing, Operations and Finance support
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
This position covers our busiest hours and is vital to keeping the office running smoothly.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.08 – $26.59 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week
