Position: Full-Time Administrative Manager
Lead the administrative functions for a notable organization in Toronto as a Full-Time Administrative Manager. Oversee operations, budget management, and staff training at our downtown location.

This permanent role requires you to coordinate administrative services effectively while managing a budget between $1.5 million and $4 million. You’ll play a critical part in organizing staff training and directing daily operations. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate various administrative services and processes

• Plan, control, and evaluate daily operational workflows

• Supervise and train 5-10 support staff members

• Maintain and oversee inventory management practices

Requirements:

• College diploma or equivalent educational background

• 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience
