We’re hiring an Operations-Focused Administrative Manager to help scale our U.S. operations at Carepod.

This is not a traditional admin role. You’ll be the operational backbone of our business—owning coordination, improving systems, and helping leadership run faster and smarter.

📍 Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do

  • Own and streamline daily office and operational workflows
  • Coordinate across teams (CS, logistics, marketing, HQ in Korea)
  • Manage schedules, internal communications, and key projects
  • Oversee expenses, invoices, and basic financial tracking
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and HR processes
  • Identify inefficiencies and build scalable systems (SOPs, automation)

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in admin, office management, or operations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with tools (Google Workspace, Notion, CRM, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator who can work across teams and cultures
  • Bonus: experience with eCommerce, logistics, or customer support
