Primary Duties
Answer phone and emails throughout the day
Handle estimate requests
Maintain workflow organization
Update client invoices, as needed
Run customer/client payments for completed jobs
Complete bank deposits at the end of each day
Assist with administrative/clerical/organizational duties
Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Prerequisites:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills, detail-focused
Strong communication skills
Previous experience with MS Office, QuickBooks and Excel
Knowledge of making estimates
Previous experience in interior design related field a plus
Previous workroom/upholstery experience a plus
