Position Summary: Provides administrative support for the Director of Volunteer Services and Volunteer Services Department Team

Experience

Required: 2-5 years secretarial experience preferred

Education

Required: High school graduate or equivalency with additional training in secretarial skills

License and Credentials – NA

Skills

Required: Strong organizational skills, type 50wpm, able to communicate in a professional and polite manner, strong computer experience including: MS word processing and Excel database management, working knowledge of proper business grammar, spelling, punctuation and sentence structure; knowledge of business math; ability to handle multiple projects and priorities; ability to work collaboratively with others.

Bi-Weekly Hours: 80

Work Schedule: M – F (8:00 a – 4:30 p)
