Rhino Hospitality Group, formerly known as the Ele & the Chef Collection, is a nationally recognized, and award-winning restaurant group in Savannah. Our love of our culture and our service make dining wonderful for locals and foodie travelers alike. We also have a growing collection of short and long term rental properties throughout the Savannah area.

We are looking for a hard working individual to join our team as a administrative & marketing assistant. This role will will work closely with our Corporate team to ensure that all tasks and projects are completed.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to manage their time well, and is friendly and hospitable. This position requires advanced problem solving skills and will require the candidate to be adaptive & a self-starter.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Corporate team with administrative duties for our multiple rental properties & restaurants, including, but not limited to, filing, data entry, answer phones & emails, scheduling appointments/meetings, running errands, menu corrections & website upkeep, basic HR items for our restaurant front of house team, taking down meeting notes, etc.

Maintain all office systems

Content creation & management of each of our 11 restaurant social media accounts

Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Update our companies websites and menus as needed

Creation of marketing materials for each of our locations (print, digital and video)

Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.

Communicating pertinent information to upper management – communication is KEY!

Qualifications/Requirements:

Positive attitude, a sense of responsibility and ownership of the position

Ability to work autonomously and intently follow instructions

Desire to learn and grow within the position and company

Organization, a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency of Microsoft Suite & Google Drive

Team-oriented with a strong sense of punctuality and reliability.

Demonstrate a sense of urgency, initiative and strong work ethic in order to keep up with multiple projects

Professional correspondence via email and phone calls, both internally and with guests

Time management is key!

Own transportation is required.

Bachelors degree is required. This position is a full time, in-person role at our downtown Savannah office.
