Job Description
A well-established Westwood-based investment firm focused on Biotechnology and medical innovation is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. The position requires an organized, reliable, self-motivated person with keen attention to detail and a positive attitude. The main responsibilities include managing various projects such as organizing office and records, interacting with service providers, arranging meetings, providing compliance support, IT support, and handling general office duties.
The candidate will work directly with all personnel to support business operations and contribute to ongoing improvements. This role offers exposure to various aspects of the business. We are a small, cohesive team in an attractive office environment, looking for someone interested in building a long-term career with us, as most of our team has worked together for over a decade.
Opportunities for growth are available. Previous experience is required; a college degree and references are preferred.
