Job Summary
Experienced landscape company looking for office administrator to work in our office. Pay is dependent on experience. Job duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls and responding as needed
Responding to emails
Creating work orders for upcoming jobs
Scheduling jobs with site supervisors
Help manage multiple crews and their schedules daily
Assisting in all day to day office tasks
Some housekeeping in the office throughout the week as needed
Microsoft office use- Word, excel as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
Schedule:
10 hour shift
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
