Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Supervisor: Talent and Culture Director
Full Time, Non-Exempt, Works onsite 8am-4pm
Salary Range: $20.70–$23.00–$25.30
Brief Summary of the Position:
Serves as a friendly point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff visiting and/or calling the Itineris building. Manages the front desk duties, provides administrative support, and works on special projects. Interacts with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.
Essential Functions:
70% As the first point of contact, manages the front desk. Which includes, but is not limited to, greeting staff and clients, welcoming visitors, answering phones, retrieving messages and emails, routing and sorting mail. Assists with client arrival and dismissal for Meaningful Day program.
25% Provides administrative support for Itineris team.
5% Other duties as assigned
Required Education/Certifications/Experience: 
High school degree. At least one year of administrative experience in a busy office environment. Ability to multi-task. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Preferred Education/Certifications/Experience: 
Experience working with adults with autism.
