Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.

Responsibilities
– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
– Check guests in and out. Schedule appointments.
– Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the facility and services
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Process payments
– Turning over of treatment rooms, stocking, cleaning and laundry

Requirements
– Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
– Proficiency in basic office software applications a must. Daysmart software experience preferred.
– Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
– Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
