The key responsibilities will be HR Generalist work:

Providing employee and manager support to answer HR questions
Coordinate EE engagement committee
Posting open positions; supporting recruitment
Provide weekly onboarding
Managing Employee Relations issues
Assisting with offboarding employees; partnering to reduce turnover

Specific Skills Needed:

Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements:

HR experience; Understanding of employee life cycle, employee relations experience

Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications:

2-3 years previous HR experience; ideally in manufacturing and/or working with diverse employee groups.

8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
