Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential support to various departments. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining office organization, managing schedules, and facilitating effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using phone systems.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
Assist with clerical duties including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Provide support as a medical or dental receptionist when needed, ensuring patient information is handled confidentially.
Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience

Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and document management.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is highly desirable.
