We’re looking for an Admin Staff to support the daily operational and administrative activities of Passion Fuschia Café, our luxury lifestyle café experience. If you’re someone who enjoys organizing data, supporting front-of-house operations, and ensuring smooth coordination behind the scenes, this role could be for you!
What You’ll Do:
Handle daily administrative tasks including data entry, inventory logging, petty cash records, and document filing.
Monitor and update stock reports for café supplies, F&B materials, and packaging needs.
Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Assist in compiling daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Support the outlet team in preparing reports related to customer transactions and operational expenses.
Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing items.
Perform basic cashier reconciliation and review cash flow data at the end of each shift.
Maintain accurate records of staff attendance and assist in scheduling support.
Provide administrative support during events or special activations at the café.
Collaborate with the outlet supervisor and central admin team to ensure all operational SOPs are properly implemented.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year experience in administrative or operational support roles (F&B, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Comfortable with basic finance tasks such as petty cash, stock logs, and report compilation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general office tools.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willing to be placed on-site at Passion Fuschia Café – PIK Avenue.
Friendly, service-oriented attitude and interest in working in a luxury F&B environment.
