One of our reputed financial services clients is looking to hire a full-time Administrative Officer for their office in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage business travel arrangements and handle related expenses.
Oversee vendor management, including handling supplies and reviewing invoices.
Answer phone calls, screen inquiries, and direct calls accordingly.
Take and accurately relay messages.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate destinations.
Address inquiries from the public and customers.
Monitor visitor access and ensure security procedures are followed.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
Manage inventory for the reception area and pantry.
Keep the reception area tidy and ensure the pantry is organized and clean.
Supervise the daily activities of drivers and office staff.
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate qualification.
4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Vendor management experience.
Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
Excellent communication skills.
Professional personal presentation.
Strong customer service orientation.
Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
Attention to detail.
Arabic-speaking female candidates preferred.
