We are seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented individual to join our dynamic team. This role supports the daily operations of our real estate office, ensuring smooth adminstrative processes and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors at the front desk.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.
Maintain organized records and assist with office management duties as needed.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration within the team.
Coordinate marketing efforts, including social media updates.
Assist with compliance by ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and filed correctly.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Skyslope, BoldTrail, Google Docs, and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
