We are an MEP, Technology, and Media company with strong potential for growth and success. We are currently seeking a talented and highly organized Administrative Officer to join AK Productions, our media production business unit.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, coordinating with different stakeholders, managing administrative logistics, and maintaining high standards of organization and communication. This role demands excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

– Provide comprehensive administrative support to AK Productions’ management and production teams.

– Organize and maintain project files, contracts, documentation, and various records with meticulous attention to detail.

– Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and prepare agendas and meeting minutes.

– Process petty cash filing and complete reimbursement forms accurately and promptly.

– Prepare and format production reports, proposals, presentations, and official correspondence.

– Arrange travel and accommodation bookings, and logistical support for the production teams.

– Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and freelance professionals to ensure smooth project support and service delivery.

– Manage internal communications and assist with day-to-day office logistics.

– Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive production and business information professionally.

Qualifications

– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

– Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an administrative support role, preferably within media, production, or creative industries.

– Technical Skills:

– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

– Familiarity with macOS and applications like Keynote is an advantage.

– Experience in creative tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.

– Languages: Strong command of English (spoken and written).

– Other Skills:

– Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
