noon, the region’s leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you’ll do:
Handle the preparation, submission, and follow-up of licensing and permit requests through official government platforms.
Liaise with relevant government bodies to obtain necessary approvals, clearances, and documentation required for business operations.
Monitor the status and validity of all existing licenses and permits, ensuring timely renewal and adherence to evolving regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all licensing activities and ensure documentation is updated and compliant.
Oversee administrative workflows to support the company’s regulatory and compliance efforts.
Stay informed about changes in relevant government laws and regulations and proactively implement necessary adjustments.
Provide internal support and guidance regarding licensing procedures and regulatory matters.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in licensing, government relations, or regulatory compliance.
Strong knowledge of government procedures and online portals in Saudi Arabia.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
