Roles & Responsibilities.

Administrative Duties:

Provide administrative support to the team, including handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for team members.

Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and functionality.

Handle general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
