As the Administrative Officer in People and Culture, you’ll:
Provide administrative support to the Director of People and Culture (diary management preparing documents)
Assist with Curtin’s monthly induction programme ‘Welcome to Curtin’
Raise purchase orders, ordering and maintaining office supplies, tracking assets within the branch General administrative duties such as photocopying, printing, updating records
Cultural awareness, discretion, and integrity when handling matters of a sensitive nature and problem solving to reach workable solutions will be key to your success. If you consider yourself a proactive professional with outstanding interpersonal and organisation skills, have experience in a similar role where the focus was on attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you.
