Overview:

The OCR continues to build its capacity to respond to the increased focus on DEIA and EEO. Currently the larger bureaus have internal DEIA and EEO offices while the smaller bureaus do not have dedicated staff. Consequently, small bureaus do not have the internal subject matter expertise and OCR doesn’t have the bandwidth to support each bureau substantively and independently.
