The administrative and financial follow-up activities ensure smooth operations and compliance by managing payments, tracking employee leave, preparing reports, .all operated in a challenging environment.
Activités
Administrative And Personnel Follow Up:
Prepare memos for municipal payments, water, and EDL subscriptions.
Prepare and follow up on memos related to station rents.
Prepare and monitor AFEs and purchase requests,
Track employee leave and send end-of-month reports to the HR department.
Prepare event declarations and follow up with insurance companies.
Prepare the monthly dashboard related to the various sales that took place at the stations.
Prepare monthly reports and quarterly bonuses for the station managers, cashiers, and mechanics.
Update bi-weekly fuel prices on Eurodata/OASIS.
Assist in preparing business reviews for management, including sales, targets, results, and budgets.
Purchase necessary materials to maintain daily site operations.
Perform regular security audit visits on sites upon N+1 request.
Develop and implement company strategies to achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
Assist in setting the objectives for the EIA.
Financial Follow Up:
Analyze operational costs for each site.
Manage and follow up on petty cash.
Prepare and maintain the stations’ bank deposit records
Reconciliation:
Conduct bank reconciliations (TE, Remco, Visa).
Control La Carte reconciliation made by the territory managers
Profil du candidat
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of professional experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Capable of summarizing information and performing reconciliations and audits.
Fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
