Job Overview
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.

Responsibilities
– Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
– Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
– Utilize computer software to create spreadsheets and reports

Qualifications
– Strong communication skills needed
– Proficiency in computerized systems and software, including Google Suite
– Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Experience in customer service is preferred
– Bilingual proficiency is a bonus
– Knowledge of general office procedures and clerical duties
– Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

4 hour shift
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Morning shift
No nights
No weekends
