The Advisor Support Role plays a crucial role in driving team initiatives, managing correspondence, and fostering exceptional client relationships. We’re seeking an adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable with technology, and takes pride in delivering outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the advisor’s email correspondence and professional calendar.
Manages client servicing and coordinates with carriers to ensure timely and complete resolution of services.
General Compliance/Marketing Assistance (serve as liaison between Barnum Marketing and Agents in instances where they want a Bio updated, planning events, etc.)
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
Schedule and confirm appointments promptly and accurately.
Assist with meeting preparation and file organization.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in internal systems.
Serve as a direct liaison between the Financial Advisor and clients.
Provide ad hoc support for special projects and resolve escalations.
Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Highly professional and organized, with keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Discretion and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
A client-first attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Strong proficiency in technology (Phone systems, Xerox, Printing/Scanning, etc)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
Some college education or equivalent professional experience is a plus.
