Judge Netting is a FAST-GROWING specialty contractor that designs, builds and repairs netting barriers for golf courses, sports fields and landfills. We are looking for a qualified Office Administrator to join our team in Southern California.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Company Logistics – Scheduling hotels, flights, vehicles, and other travel arrangements for employees
Manage office phones – answer and distribute calls
Assist in office meeting and appointment scheduling
Scan and file office documents for various departments
Follow-up on emails and phone calls
Oversee office staff functions, including office supply levels, equipment maintenance, procedures manuals, forms, and direct cross-training of staff
Experience:
2+ years of experience in logistics (travel arrangments on a corporate level)
2+ years of experience as an administrator for a construction company
Experience with the Microsoft Software Suite (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
