• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries efficiently
• Enter patient details into the Electronic Health Record
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of patient appointments
• Keep accurate records for staff attendance and payroll
• Order and maintain inventory for unit supplies
Requirements:
• Diploma in medical office administration from an accredited institution
• 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
