Administrative- Pay Management Jobs in Midland, MI at Acruex
Fast paced, busy small architectural firm needs Administrative Assistant. This position supports a team of architects, engineers and interior designers in two offices through a wide variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the business. Must be able to communicate well, write, edit, be a quick learner, very organized, and able to multi-task on several projects/tasks simultaneously. Some of the duties will include:
Answer phones, take messages when necessary
Greet visitors
Ensuring general office supplies and supplies for submittals are stocked
Serve as liaison with a variety of outside vendors to ensure office runs smoothly
Assist in editing, printing, assembling, packaging and mailing of a variety of marketing and job submittal types
Contribute to team effort in helping get project submittals to clients in timely manner
Maintain computer filing systems
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Willingness to learn trade-specific computer programs
Research and find potential contract opportunities for the company on government websites
REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communications
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
*Pay range negotiable based on qualifications.
