We specialize in high-end commercial and institutional projects. Our team of skilled craftsmen are dedicated to providing quality products and services to our clients. We are currently looking to hire an Administrative/ Personal Assistant to Management.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative, scheduling, and logistical support to our team, while ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be working closely with our President, VP of Operations and Financial Manager.

Personal Assistant to the President includes:

Coordination of personal logistics

Coordinating travel arrangements for the president and his family

Picking up urgent documents or supplies.

Handling last-minute requests related to events or activities.

Research for online purchases.

Errands and appointment scheduling for office mascot, an English Lab.

Delivering confidential documents or gifts.

Administrative Assistant to Management

Calendar and travel management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, demonstrating strong communication skills.

Communication and correspondence: Managing email, phone calls, and other forms of communication.

Managing company voicemail box

Document preparation and filing: Creating and editing documents, maintaining filing systems, and organizing records.

Front end Office management: Ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment.

Providing general support: Assisting team members with various tasks as needed.

We are looking for someone who:

Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building rapport with everyone they meet.

Is highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing effectively.

Has a positive attitude and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming and productive environment.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a knack for learning other relevant software.

Works independently and collaboratively, adapting to different situations with ease.

Requirements

:

5 + years of administrative experience

Doesn’t mind wearing many hats

Must like dogs, we have 2 labs

Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Hours And Benefits

Full Time

Hours 7:00 to 3:30 Monday-Friday
