Responsibilities:

Operations & Administrative Support:

Assist with the coordination of daily operations and office workflows.

Support the execution of internal projects and process improvements.

Liaise with departments and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.

Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Executive & Personal Assistance:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.

Handle correspondence, documentation, and confidential information.

Perform personal and administrative tasks for executives as needed.

Guest Service & Hospitality:

Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, refreshments, and lunches during meetings or visits.

Ensure that meeting rooms are clean, well-equipped, and presentable.

Coordinate catering orders and maintain kitchen supplies.

Qualifications

Experience in administration, hospitality, or operations support roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

”Can do” attitude.

Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.

High level of discretion, responsibility, and attention to detail.

Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment- know how to handle unexpected situations with resilience and grace.

Experience in a similar role within start-ups / high-tech organizations.
