Full Job Description

Administrative assistants handle general office tasks and administrative duties, such as directing communications between colleagues and customers, organizing schedules, entering data, maintaining office equipment and so on. An effective Administrator enables the team to be focused on their goals and prepared for anything that comes their way. It is a vital role, especially for the team and individuals that have a lot of plates in the air at all times.

Duties include but not limited to:
*Greet customers upon arrival and make them feel comfortable, both in person and over the phone.

*Manage the schedule for oil changes and any auto repairs.

*Provide recommendations according to customer needs or preferences.

*Provide essential details and estimates to potential customers.

*Maintain the front desk and verify that orders are placed as necessary to schedule and ensure parts are available.

*Direct Delivery drivers to the appropriate place and verify delivery.

*Ensure client records are up to date

*Keep detailed notes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,280.00 per year
