Rise Modular, LLC (Rise) is a full volumetric modular manufacturing company serving the multi-family apartment, hospitality, student housing and affordable housing sectors.
The Office Support Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative support for the company to ensure the smooth operation of our offices. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Full-time, Non-exempt
Onsite 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday – Friday
Wage: $26-$30 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and databases.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy.
Maintain and update the organization chart, as needed.
Office Management:
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
Order business cards and office signage for new employees.
Help new employees set up their offices (find furniture, equipment needed).
Work with IT partners to ensure new employees have the appropriate computers and hardware needed, request folder access, connect to networked printers, and set up phone and phone lines for offices.
Manage ingoing and outgoing mail and packages.
Manage ordering for all Rise apparel and promotional items.
Support for Teams and Departments:
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Assist with special projects, research, and data entry tasks.
Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
People Operations Support
With direction from the People Operations team, manage employee recognition events (order food, get quotes on materials, print signage, setup and cleanup of events, etc).
Assist with scheduling interviews and other recruiting support.
Help with posting job positions to our career boards.
Create orientation folders and gather personal protective equipment for new hires and create labels.
Help with filing and scanning of new hire documents.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
Dependable, punctual, and reliable.
Work Environment:
This position requires working in an office environment with standard office equipment.
Occasional lifting of office supplies or equipment up to 20 pounds may be required.
