Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate property showings.

Manage and update listings on the MLS.

Maintain a client database and ensure smooth communication.

Answer and direct calls professionally.

Draft polished emails and correspondence.

Oversee and assist junior team members when needed.

Ensure accuracy in all documents and communications.

Qualifications:

Organizational Excellence – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong Communication Skills – Professional phone etiquette, clear written communication, and the ability to interact effectively with clients, agents, and team members.

Attention to Detail – Accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and correspondence is essential.

Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in:

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

CRM software (Follow Up Boss, or similar platforms)

MLS platforms (Navica, FlexMLS, etc.)

Real Estate Knowledge – Familiarity with real estate terminology, transaction processes, and MLS navigation is a plus.

Time Management Skills – Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling multiple responsibilities.

Team Player with Leadership Potential – Comfortable assisting junior team members and ensuring smooth office operations.

Professionalism & Presentation – Polished appearance and demeanor to represent the company well in client interactions.

Compensation:

$45,000 – $60,000 per year
