Job Title: Legal Executive Assistant
Salary Range: $85,000 – $115,000 per year
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid Schedule)
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days per week in-office)
About The Firm: Trustpoint.one is assisting a Major Am Law firm in their search for a skilled Legal Executive Assistant. This role supports multiple attorneys (3-5) and is a critical position, replacing an experienced assistant retiring after 41 years. The LEA is responsible for proactively managing day-to-day functions of the attorneys’ practices, allowing them to focus on client work. The role serves as a trusted partner, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to multiple attorneys (3-5), ensuring seamless management of their practices.
Exercise judgment in delegating tasks to Legal Support Services team members while maintaining oversight.
Positively impact the financial success of client matters.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Manage attorneys’ Outlook calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate complex travel itineraries.
Keep attorneys informed of upcoming commitments, prepare materials, and follow up as necessary.
Draft correspondence, prepare reports, and complete other tasks to support attorneys.
Engage with clients and outside business contacts directly.
Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence.
Foster collaboration and maintain professional relationships within teams.
Lead and organize department or practice group meetings, ensuring logistics are handled effectively.
Support practice group and client team meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute materials.
Maintain paper and electronic filing systems, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
Oversee billing matters, including prebilling tasks, client budget monitoring, and liaising with billing teams.

Education and Experience:
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum of 5 years of professional executive administrative experience supporting partners and/or executives.
