Position Summary:
Southern Oregon University Parking provides for the management of the parking regulations,
procedures, and enforcement on campus, as well as the maintenance of parking lots. SOU Parking also manages the sale of parking permits and event parking coordination.

The Parking Coordinator ensures users of campus parking facilities are authorized through permits to park on campus property and enforces related parking rules. This position will train CPS personnel onthe parking management system, supervise/train student parking staff, schedule parking events, invoicecampus departments and events, process citations, maintain parking meters, assist walk-ins, and manage parking lot maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires a clear criminal history, a background check, a valid Oregon drivers license and/orability to obtain an Oregon drivers license upon employment, eligibility to drive state owned vehicles. Three years of office experience which included two years at full performance level and experience generating documents; and
Lead work responsibility or coordination of office procedures.

Preferred Qualification :
Knowledge of, and experience with, Nupark parking management system.
