Greenway Worldwide is seeking a full-time, permanent Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our growing company headquartered in Downtown Los Angeles. Our business specializes in providing a wide range of packaging supplies to meet the demands of various industries. Please note that this is strictly an administrative office-based position focused on coordination and operations management, not a warehouse or physical inventory handling role.

Key Responsibilities

· Administrative Coordination

o Coordinate daily with all Greenway locations to ensure accurate processing of incoming and outgoing items

o Manage domestic and international product movement

o Generate and organize order documentation

· Inventory Coordination

o Maintain detailed inventory databases across multiple locations

o Perform regular reconciliation of inventory records across all facilities

· Bookkeeping Tasks

o Process accounts payable invoices and related documentation for all operations and logistics vendors

· General Support

o Assist with special projects as needed

o Provide support to various departments as required

Requirements

Four-year college degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, data entry, or similar fields
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel)
Experience with spreadsheet design, database navigation, and creating price sheets and presentations
