Job Description:
The Office Manager is responsible for supporting the therapist team and overseeing all of the day-to-day operations, logistics and administrative functions of the office. Most importantly, the Office Manager is the first point of contact for clients when they arrive and is responsible for setting the tone for a positive experience.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Greet clients as they arrive- provide support as needed
Managing the schedule of patient appointments (bookings and cancellations)
Managing patient’s financial transactions (invoicing, payments and refunds/credits)
Maintaining up to date patient, billing and other misc. records
Handling phone calls and email communications, monitoring voicemails and follow up
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Keeping track of office inventory and ordering supplies as needed
Handling daily upkeep (cleanliness and organization) of the space
Website maintenance and updating (as needed)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
