Administrative Assistant schedule will be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with on-call responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to meet recruitment goals and timelines.
Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to extending job offers and completing orientation.
Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records, job statuses, and pipeline progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Answering phone calls and directing message to responsible party
ensuring that new hire’s are being fully trained and delegated with trainings under state regulations.
The ability to help with minor scheduling issues and/or emergencies

Qualifications
High school diploma required; currently enrolled in or a graduate of a relevant HR, Business, Psychology, or Social Work program preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficient in using recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media for sourcing candidates, preferred
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications
