Country Morning Farms, Inc, a dairy processing and delivery company located in the Warden, WA, is actively seeking a highly competent and motivated individual looking for a challenge and opportunity as our Receptionist/Office Administrator. This position will work with all customers, as well as interact with employees, and manage the ordering process from vendors. You will greet and assist employees, clients, vendors, and guests. You must be driven and have a great work ethic and positive attitude.

PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Office Administrator has the responsibility of ensuring that the administrative activities within CMF’s office run efficiently, by providing structure to other employees throughout the workplace. These activities can range from being responsible for communicating customer needs with production, ordering inventory, and building access management.

RESPONSIBILITITES

Customer receiving, servicing, and visitor restriction

Project a professional, positive, courteous and friendly attitude

Maintain professional appearance

Call routing and accurate message taking

USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/Etc.: Collect, open and distribute incoming and prepare outgoing

Misc. errands

Inventory, order, and job cost supplies

Maintain office equipment

Misc. tasks as delegated

Maintain front desk area, conference rooms, and kitchen area

Setup for Meeting Rooms

Participate in On and Offsite Company Event Planning

Coordination of Staff Travel

Managing Key Cards and Access for employees

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
