We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team and help support the daily operations of our busy facility.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls and emails; direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Assist with data entry, document management, and maintaining internal databases
Process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation
Support production and sales teams with clerical tasks and order tracking
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
Ensure the smooth flow of internal communication and documentation
Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in handling customer and vendor information
Provide support for special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Prior experience in an office administrator, receptionist, or clerical support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with basic invoicing and order entry
